Kingdom D Podcast With Soul Breaker

The scene fades in from black showing King Grixis sitting on a plush red Victorian style lounge chair that is seated across from a similar style couch with an old wooden coffee table between the two. Off to the right is a fireplace that is burning with some logs that were thrown into it before the podcast went on the air. Soul Breaker walks into the scene and King Grixis gets up to greet him as he gives Soul Breaker a firm shake.
King Grixis: -censored-! Are you kidding me!? My man Soul Breaker is in the house!! Give it up for the UCW Intercontinental Champion!
King Grixis gestures to the couch that is across from his plush lounge chair as he sits back down and waits for Soul Breaker to do the same before speaking.
King Grixis: Man let me start off by saying I'm already a fan. You remind me of myself back when I got started in Kingdom D back in 2004 and I look forward to see what you bring to the table as we get to learn more about the man that is Soul Breaker! So I got to ask, the pressure is on. After freshing returning to UCW wrestling you find yourself with a new boss in Kyra who is the sole owner of UCW wrestling and Kingdom D. What are your thoughts and concerns heading into UCW Convergence?
King Grixis: -censored-! Are you kidding me!? My man Soul Breaker is in the house!! Give it up for the UCW Intercontinental Champion!

Soul Breaker: Thank you for the warm welcome, King. And definitely for your enthusiasm.
Soul Breaker nods appreciatively
Soul Breaker: If I may say so myself, in the short sample of your work I’ve had … I’m becoming a fan of you too.
Soul Breaker chuckles
Soul Breaker: But answering your question, King. My first thought and goal for Convergence, as always… win my match! I’m defending my Intercontinental Championship and I intend to keep it, whether it’s in UCW or Kingdom D. As a consequence from that, of course one has to also think of the opposition. Glitter Arty will be my opponent and I will do my best to be ready for him and beat him. I won't take kindly to what happened last week. Not. One. Bit. As for my concerns… well, after the last show… and specifically with what happened in my match… outside interference, no doubt! Don’t take me wrong, it’s not that I don’t think Glitter Arty isn’t dangerous, I’m sure he is. He's about to learn how dangerous I can be. But from what I saw during these last previous shows, not only in my matches but across UCW AND… I must highlight this… after my first contacts with our new owner, Kyra, which were… let’s say… tense? ; I consider those as two VERY concerning factors, for sure. But before we go on, could I ask for a cup of coffee, please?

King Grixis cracks a half smile as he chuckles a bit to himself.
King Grixis: Coffee? What do think this is Starbucks? No, wait don't answer that. Starbucks is the only "Coffee Shop" where you can't buy actual coffee. Makes me wonder what -censored-ing moron backed that franchise.
King Grixis waves to someone off screen and the camera man comes into the scene with two pewter mugs of coffee and sets one down on the coffee table before Soul Breaker and on down before King Grixis, who picks his up and cracks a half smile to Soul Breaker.
King Grixis: I want to touch on something that brought up before your caffeine addiction spoke out for you. Let's talk about Glitter Arty for a minute. From my understanding Glitter Arty was getting a bit of a push in UCW well before Kyra purchased the company. Then the guy just ups and vanishes from television. I won't ask what happened but from what we seen, Glitter Arty returns to TV and goes on about how he is sick of being under utilized in UCW and wants a match. Then Kyra as the new owner waltzes out to ringside and drops a challenge on him which brings us to your match at Convergence. If you are Glitter Arty and you are trying to break out of the mold from the bottom of the card what do you think he's going to do at UCW Convergence?

Soul Breaker pauses for a moment and looks straight at the camera, waving it closer. As it approaches, he smiles wickedly and a glacial look comes across his eyes.
Soul Breaker: Glitter Arty, I got your message last week. You betrayed UCW and backstabbed me. You didn't even had the guts to face me. Be warned... come Convergence, you WILL submit... and you WILL be broken. That is...
Soul Breaker snaps out of it, refocus and turns to look at King again.
Soul Breaker: ... if Kyra can make sure there will be no interferences. I'll even make it worth her while. If I'm allowed to face Glitter Arty in a fair fight and win... and if UCW is indeed fated to integrate Kingdom D, I will proudly take my title and defend it there. IF, Kyra can fulfill her end of the bargain, that is. Sounds fair, King?
Soul Breaker relaxes, eyes his mug for a second, thinks about taking a sip but he doesn’t. He calmly looks back to King and smiles.
Soul Breaker: I must give it to you, King. You’re funny!
Soul Breaker picks up his mug and appreciates his coffee’s scent, then he shrugs.

King Grixis: I would like to think that with Glitter Arty seeming to be a member of the Kingdom D roster now, that Kyra won't let anyone get involved in the match. Besides if I were Kyra and I went and backed someone who was a nobody here in UCW I would want to make sure I'm putting my money into a good investment no?
King Grixis then leans forward a bit.
King Grixis: Now you mentioned taking the UCW Intercontinental Championship to Kingdom D. Now I'm not Kyra but you can certainly tell me... Why would Kyra want to keep a championship from a promotion that is about to be defunct? And what makes the UCW Intercontinental Championship worth keeping above the rest of the championships in Universal Championship Wrestling?

That didn't stop Glitter Arty from interfering, did it? *Soul Breaker gives King a shady look* As for your statement, King... why even back a nobody, your words, when you can back a champion? Right? *Soul Breaker grins sarcastically*

Soul Breaker: I wouldn't be doing much here if I couldn't answer you, King. *Soul Breaker laughs softly* Well, I'm not the one to decide which championships will or will not be on Kingdom D. If UCW's titles will be moved, unified or extinguished is pretty much up to Kyra. What I can safely say is that it would be pointless to have a PPV with so many titles on the line if they are rendered useless. At the very least, the current champions would or should have a shot at any other similar titles, I guess? The UCW Intercontinental Championship is special to me, of course. It is my first title and, even more, I'm the first and sole holder of this title, so... well, I guess it is worthy to keep... after all, and depending on how things are done, this title would forever be out of Kingdom D's reach, unless I'm defeated, right? Brother thank you for coming out here and speaking your mind with me tonight. This has been super insightful and I hope all the fans take notes leading up to Convergence!
