Introducing Billionaire

The titantron comes on. It shows the skyline above the arena. A whooshing sound can be heard in the distance.
After a few moments, a golden helicopter can be seen. As it draws nearer to the arena, a Huge green dollar sign can be seen on the sides of the helicopter.
The helicopter is now is plain sight. It hovers above the arena and slowly descends.
A golden rope ladder is tossed out of the helicopter and a figure descends into the ring.

Alexander: The GM William Regal has a fancy way of getting to work tonight!

Jesse: Can't be the GM. I saw him in his office a while ago.

The figure is now in the centre of the ring. The figure is cloaked in a golden hooded cloak with a huge green dollar sign on the back.
Victoria approaches the figure to hand him the mic.
The figure scoffs at Victoria.
The figure pulls out a golden diamond encrusted mic from his cloak.

Figure: You expect me to touch that thing?
(Crowd boos)

Figure: That's right boo all you want you plebs! Bet all of you will boo boo when your next bills arrive and you plebs can't pay!
(Crowd boos louder)

Figure: It seems you plebs need a lesson in etiquette.
(Crowd boos even louder)
Figure: I'm accostomed to lavish things. I was born with a gold spoon.... literally.
The figure pulls a gold spoon from their cloak.

Alexander: This guy wasn't kidding! He does have a gold spoon!
Jesse: Spoon in his mouth and head up his....
Alexander: (interrupting) Jesse! Head in clouds!

Figure: I have EVERYTHING money can buy and more. Yet I want more. I want every last piece of gold I can get! But the gold here....you can't buy. Oh I've tried. I like gold. I'm like a leprechaun when it comes to MY gold...and I want my gold! That nice gold title. You guys and gals in the back listen up...I don't care who you are, where you are or even what you are...just like that leprechaun I will find you and take my gold!
(Crowd boos)
Figure: Shut up plebs! I came here for one reason. Gold! I will take my gold! So I'm telling whomever has it...you're in for a big problem with me! I will whip you into shreds, humiliate you and leave here with my gold! And you can Bank on that!
(Crowd boos)
The figure removes his hooded cloak

Alexander: It's the boy wonder Billionaire!!! What's he doing here!??? WHAT GOLD IS HE TALKING ABOUT???
Jesse: What does this rich kid want? Hope he didn't buy UCW. Bet Barry had something to do with this!!

Billionaire: That's right UCW! I'm here in UCW. And I'm here for the gold! The gold title! It doesn't matter who I gotta whip to get it...it will be done! So someone get out here and take this whipping and I take my gold! And you can Bank on that!!!
Billionaire paces the ring in anticipation
Billionaire: Someone get out here now and let me kick your....
William Regal theme song interrupts and the GM makes his way down the aisle
(Crowd erupts cheering)

William Regal: Hey Billionaire nice to have you. But let me get things straight. You may be the "boooy wondeeeeer" and accostomed to getting things your way but around here it doesn't work like that!
(Crowd cheers)
William Regal: You can't just come into MY ring and demand gold and titles. You gotta earn it. But it's your lucky night. You see Billi...can i call you Billi? You see there's  some gold that is available. But there's some guys in the backroom who deserve a chance at that gold. Who worked their ***es off week in and week out....But before you came into my ring I was in my office thinking... thinking about the best way that all those guys can get a shot at the title...And when YOU came Billi....you gave me an idea of EXACTLY how to do that!
Well Billi...you made quite an entrance with your ladder from that helicopter...so ladders came to mind.....and you like to Bank on things.....so bank came to my mind....and you are willing whenever wherever whoever....so anytime anyplace came to my mind...

Jesse: Where's the GM going with this?

William Regal: Like I said they are a few guys who deserve the chance and it would be unfair to just give ONE a chance.
When I put ladders,bank,anywhere,anytime, more than one guy deserves a shot...I came up with this
Tonight we'll have a MONEY IN THE BANK LADDER MATCH!!!!!
(Crowd roars)

William Regal: Aaaaaannnnnd it'll be a fatal four-way!!!!
Avian Vs Xxxtention Vs Nick Romero vs.......
YOU BILLIONAIRE!!!!
(The crowd goes into a frenzy)

Alexander: What!!???? A fatal four-way ladder money in the bank match!???? The GM is insane in a great way. The fans will love this match!!!

Jesse: You gotta hand it to the GM Regal. Don't let this rich kid just walk in here thinking he can run our show! Show him who's Boss. And put him in that ring. Let's see if he's made of muscle or money!

William Regal: Yes you heard me...you like gold Billi?? You really love gold? Well here's your chance to prove you REALLY deserve gold! In this fatal four-way ladder money in the bank match tonight!!!
And guess what Billi? And you...Can bank...on that!!!

Alexander: Well there you have it folks. The GM has laid down the gauntlet! The battlefield is drawn and we have a huge match tonight! A fatal four way ladder money in the bank match! I don't think they ever had a match like this anywhere!

Jesse: Thats UCW for ya! That's why the fans keep coming. You don't know what to expect on any show! I think Regal just squashed every match together! Hell what a match this is gonna be! I don't think there's gonna be any real winner here. I mean whoever survives this match is gonna be barely able to celebrate the win after! But there's a title shot on the line! And I know these guys will stop at nothing to take this chance! Ladders four-way money in the bank or Billionaire's! We're gonna have a real slobber knocker!
