UCW Logo Idea (test)

i got bored and messed around on photoshop to create a simple logo.

Hey man, I like this! Feels like it could be used for one of our PPV's or possibly for a commercial? We might have to think about a context for which it could be used.

As for general feedback the only thing i would suggest is bolding around the letters in either black or white so it stands out more, but think this is really cool. Thanks man. If we need any further graphics i will let you know so you can try and come up with some concepts

I thought it would be fun to make a logo too, so this is what i came up with:

Man I love these! Maybe we can re-design our logo already!? Love the crown on top, maybe we could add that for a king of the ring type PPV, but obviously call it something else?

I made a graphic for our other show 'Impact' but i have a feeling you could do it much better than me lol...fancy giving that ago, Rogue?

hahaha, i have some practise, i usually work on fed's gfx teams.
I'm really bad thinking names so here goes a try, insted of King of the ring maybe something llike Crowning Night?
If you want i can try making some sample of thing like cards or things like that for Impact.

Yes, I'm using Adobe Photoshop but not the latest version.

I run photoshop, think it is the latest version, no idea if we would have any compatibility issues?

Probably not, at least you shouldn't have problem with the things i do.

This was a graphic i made for impact a few weeks ago but i think you might be able to do a much better job. I thought i would post this to at least let you see where my mind was going with it. If you could work up a graphics that would be awesome.

I like the idea. I will start working on something in the same line.

Started the UCW Velocity Intro and it came out quite good but then realised my camtasia studio trial ran out so cant produce it, going to purchase it 8.0 now bc its cheaper and finish of touches then show you, then tell me what you want improving then ill do that and i'll have the final product.

I am going to be honest im very upset with how it came out, i had to restart because of program difficulties then used and outdated version because it was free which meant my video lost quality and animations which it originally had, if you think this is awful ill happily go away and purchase sony vegas to actually be able to make this properly as my editing is genuinely decent if you see from videos on my old youtube when i was younger, so i can make a better one if need be and i think ill go and do that now. Just thought id show the original so we can look at progress and you can tell me what to add etc.

I don't think the quality is too bad XXX...I think if you're ripping the videos the quality will always be a bit hit and miss.

Thoughts...from just watching a couple of times...I'd lose the belts as they don't really offer anything to it. Also there was quite a lot of hardcore action and octagon style rings. If you can find good clips of of just normal wrestling (Leave a few tables/ladders etc) fighting in a normal square ring that would be better, maybe also lose the WWE clip as that is so recognisable.

Also when you've used the graphics maybe try and find a background to put them on, so wire or barbed fence, brick wall or something? Anything would be better than black.

I did like the song but the beat is so fast it doesn't really give you an opportunity to cut to the music which i think would make it look even better.

Feel free to have another go at it, but please don't spend any money on it, don't want you out of pocket dude. The transitions and moves on the graphics are perfectly fine for what this is for and i do think you have made a really good start, good job

I made a sample for the impact logo. It's very simple.
I decided to go on a diferent direction from what you show me because that style kind of resemble the old TNA Impact logo.

Here is what i have until now, give me your opinions.

yeah i really dislike it, im going to give it another go now, and i might use one of your song suggestions, like i said was just a test so great to get your feedback!

Rogue i like this, my only suggestion would be to perhaps make the UCW banner bigger as i think we would need to shrink this down to make it fit into the border and then it would be really small otherwise, but I'm happy to go with this, I might make the Velocity work in a similar way.

Rouge, if you go onto the fed panel in TWG, there's a segment called background code, try uploading the graphic into that and see how it looks, let me kow when it's there so i can have a peek too

Done, now i know the correct size I will adjust it.
